When will my order be processed?
To help you plan when to expect your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing the status of your order, shipment method and estimated arrival date, as well as a tracking number from the shipping vendor you have chosen.
For most products, if you place your order before 2:00pm Central Standard Time on a regular business day (Monday-Friday), your order will be processed and shipped the next business day. Products that take longer to process will have this noted on the details page for the item.
If you place your order on a holiday, Saturday/Sunday, or after 2:00pm Central Standard Time on a regular business day, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day.
What shipping method do you use?
We utilize UPS (Ground, 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air or Next Day Air) & USPS Priority Mail for deliveries within the USA. International orders will be shipped via whichever service will ensure prompt and efficient shipment. Free Shipping on Orders Over $100 (valid within the US only).
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship almost all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Most orders take 3-5 business days for delivery. You will receive an automatic e-mail from UPS or USPS with a projected delivery date once your order has been shipped. See map below for UPS delivery times.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order with the tracking number provided to you at the time of shipping at United States Postal Service.com or UPS.com. If you no longer have your tracking number email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send it to you. Please note that USPS tracking numbers only provide confirmation of receipt and delivery notification.
What credit cards do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards.
Do you ship internationally?
Please call or send an email for International rates prior to placing an order.
International packages usually take 7-10 business days for delivery. Please be aware that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. Packages may take longer to get to international destinations and unfortunately we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.
Additionally, you may be responsible for import taxes or other customs fees for your package which are not included in your Q’s Collections order. These fees are calculated by your country’s customs officials and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials.
Can I make a purchase by phone?
Currently, we only accept online orders. However, if you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call.
Do you charge Sales Tax?
Internet businesses are only required to charge sales tax for the state that they are located in. Since we are located in Texas, we are required by law to charge sales tax for all orders shipped to Texas. No sales tax applies to all other states or international orders.
Is this a secure site?
Do you keep, distribute or sell my personal information including my name, address, email address and credit card information?
