When will my order be processed?
To help you plan when to expect your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing the status of your order and estimated arrival date, as well as a tracking number from UPS.

For most products, if you place your order before 2:00pm Central Standard Time on a regular business day (Monday-Friday), your order will be processed and shipped the same business day. Products that take longer to process will have this noted on the details page for the item.

If you place your order on a holiday, Saturday/Sunday, or after 2:00pm Central Standard Time on a regular business day, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day.

What shipping method do you use?
We utilize UPS Ground Service for deliveries within the USA. For internatinal shipments, please contqact our customer service. 

How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship almost all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Most orders take 3-5 business days for delivery. You will receive an automatic e-mail from UPS with a projected delivery date once your order has been shipped. See map below for UPS delivery times. 

How can I track my order?
You can track your order with the tracking number provided to you at the time of shipping at http://www.ups.com. If you no longer have your tracking number with you than emai us atl customerservice@qscollections.com and we will send it to you.

What credit cards do you accept?
Currently we accept all major credit cards via PayPal. A PayPal account is not necessary.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please contact customer service for details.

Can I make a purchase by phone? 
Yes. You may call to place an order over the phone at 866.981.3331 Ext. 2002. Our store hours are 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time).

Do you charge Sales Tax?
Internet businesses are only required to charge sales tax for the state that they are located in. Since we are located in Texas, we are required by law to charge sales tax for all orders shipped to Texas. No sales tax applies to all other states or international orders.

Is this a secure site?
Yes. Qscollections.com is dedicated to protecting the privacy of our customer's personal information. All information sent from your computer to our e-commerce system is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software. At registration page you will be prompted for secure site that is, we automatically move from http to https. We continually review our procedures to ensure all customer information remains secure. Do you keep, distribute or sell my personal information including my name, address, email address and credit card information?
Absolutely Not! Please learn more by reading our Privacy Policy.   

How can I inform you if there is a problem with your site?
Please email webmaster@qscollections.com for any website errors or difficulties. For a quick fix try refreshing the page in your browser. If this does not help, please notify us. You can always place your order over the phone by calling 1.866.981.3331.
