While most orders begin the shipping process immediately, please allow a minimum of 24-48 business hours to process and ship your order.
Free shipping is applicable to all orders with a subtotal over $100.00 and only valid within the Continental US.
Merchandise will be shipped via your choice of USPS or UPS and is subject to the shipper's standards, regulations and delivery limitations. You may select from USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days), UPS Ground Delivery (1-5 days), 3 Day Air, 2 Day Air or Next Day Delivery.
International orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS and is subject to the shipper's standards and regulations and delivery limitations. The buyer is responsible for paying any additional fees associated with international shipping cost including but not limited to taxes and import fees.
We strive to provide you with the latest in fashion so we do not stock large quantities of any item. For this reason, we may not have the merchandise you have ordered. If an item is on backorder or out of stock, you will be notified by email. Don’t fret; we update the site regularly with new items that you are sure to love.
All UPS deliveries must be made to a verifiable street address. UPS cannot ship to P.O. boxes. For tracking number please visit www.ups.com.
Please make sure you double check your shipping delivery address. Q’s Collections' shipping department is fully automated and the customer is responsible for any misinformation that is typed into the order.
Please ensure that you choose a safe and secure shipping delivery address. If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex, another facility, public institution, such as a college, hospital or hotel, the carrier may choose to leave the package with a fellow employee, neighbor, receptionist, etc. Upon signature or acceptance of goods by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. Q’s Collections is not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.

10-Days Return/Exchange Policy
Our 10-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. We want you to be sure you made the right decision!
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item in its original condition within 10 days of shipment receipt for a refund or an exchange. It's that simple!
* 10-days include Monday through Saturday, with the exception of holidays in which the United States Post Office is closed.
* Returns/exchanges are only accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if return does not comply with this policy.
* Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit.
* Jewelry and Final Sale items cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
* Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Please follow the steps below to return or exchange an item:
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know that you are not satisfied with your item(s) and that you will be returning the item(s) for a refund or item exchange. If you are exchanging an item we will place that item on reserve for you. Otherwise, the item is not guaranteed to be in stock and available for you.

You must package your item(s) securely. Any items sent to us in poor packaging or damaged, if it was not reported to be damaged to us prior to shipping, will be rejected and sent back to you without a refund to your account.
Any items showing signs of use will also be rejected and returned back to you without refund or exchange.
Once your returned item has been sent to our returns department and approved for refund processing you will receive an email notification letting you know that the refund has been completed. Credit to your account can take 5-10 business days. If you are exchanging for another item, you will receive email notifications letting you know that the exchange is being processed, and when complete, a shipping notification.
Shipping Fees are not refundable. Items damaged and exchanged for the same exact item will have no extra shipping costs to the customer. Shipping costs for an item(s) returned for a different item will be incurred by the customer.
- Acquisition of Information. We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.
- Security Measures. We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service.
- Disclosure to Third Parties. We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.
