- While most orders begin the shipping process immediately, please allow a minimum of 24-48 business hours to process and ship your order.
- International orders will be shipped via UPS and is subject to the shipper's standards and regulations and delivery limitations. The buyer is responsible for paying any additional fees associated with international shipping cost including but not limited to taxes and import fees.
- Merchandise will be shipped via UPS and is subject to the shipper's standards and regulations and delivery limitations.
- If an item is on backorder or out of stock, you will be notified by email.
- All UPS deliveries must be made to a verifiable street address. UPS can not ship to P.O. boxes. For tracking number please visit www.ups.com.
- Please make sure you double check your shipping delivery address. Q’s Collections' shipping department is fully automated and the customer is responsible for any misinformation that is typed into the order.
- Please ensure that you choose a safe and secure shipping delivery address. If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex, another facility, public institution, such as a college, hospital or hotel, the carrier may choose to leave the package with a fellow employee, neighbor, receptionist, etc. Upon signature or acceptance of goods by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. Q’s Collection is not responsible for lost of stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.
